Who it’s for: Couples planning a wedding at an all-inclusive resort using only in-house core vendors*.
What’s included: Coordination with the resort’s wedding team, personalized destination wedding checklist & timeline before travel.
Experience: Simple, planning with in-home vendor, 8 weeks prior to departure.
Hybrid Weddings
An estimate can be provided during the initial call
Who it’s for: Couples at an all-inclusive resort who want a mix of in-house and off-resort core vendors* for a personalized touch.
What’s included: All Resort Wedding services, budget planning, and coordination of off-resort vendors before travel.
Experience: Medium complexity with more customization and moderate additional cost. Starting at 4-6 months prior to departure.
Off-resort Weddings
An estimate can be provided during the initial call
Who it’s for: Couples planning a wedding at an off-resort venue using only off-resort core vendors*.
What’s included: Full planning and coordination, including standard décor**, budget planning & management, vendor sourcing & management, and guest transportation to and from the venue.
Experience: High complexity, fully customized, most cost-effective for personalized weddings. Starting at 6+ months prior to departure.
*Core vendors: photographer, videographer, florist, caterer, decor team, sound and light controller, and DJ/MC.
** Standard decor does not include Specialty Event Styling (add-on service).
Note: All 3 packages do not include on-site coordination, which is an add-on service.

Guest travel coordination – handle flights, transfers, and hotel room blocks for guests.
Luxury Guest Transportation – Golf carts, private shuttles, or limousines for guest travel between events.
